guest has a fully equipped apartment. The apartment is available in three
different sizes. For a one, two or 4 people. Furthermore the guests have the
alternative to stay in their own trailer or tent. Every budget can therefore
afford to stay in the Holiday Park. Campsites are extremely popular in
Germany. The campsite will definitely attract the millions of campers from
Germany and the Netherlands.
The guests can either buy the food in one of the shops in the
City Center and prepare their own meal in the apartment or in the trailer.
The guests have also the option to eat out at one of the restaurants in the
City Center.
The City Center is a typical German shopping mall. The City
Center contains a variety of shops, grocery shops as well as a variety of
restaurants and a self service food court area, a bowling alley and
discotheque.
For further entertainment right in the Holiday Park the
guests find playgrounds for the kids, an indoor and an enormous aqua park

The Western town is a rebuild of an original western town
from 1870, the zenith of the western area in America. This is not an
artificial, dead city tourists. The employees of the western town actually
live there. There are no business hours. The Western Town is open 24/7. A
small hotel, with 20 rooms fits in the authentic 1870’s western town. The
town features all the typical shops and saloons of the time. Just to name a
few, the guests find a saddler, a small butcher shop, a blacksmith, a
barber’s shop, a photographer and not to forget a sheriff’s office.
Alfred Schneider will design and manage the Historical
Adventure Park Franconia.
Alfred Schneider, a historic who not only developed the
concept of ‘Pullmann City’, but also build and managed this western town.
Alfred Schneider is famous in Germany for the organization of historic
events, such as medieval or knights festivals. He makes sure that the
historic events are historical accurate. He has a big community of fans (an
estimated 4 or 5 millions) are eager to attend his events.
Clearly the Western town will become extremely liked. The
Western scene boom in Europe, especially in Germany is not at it’s peak yet.
Especially western riding is becoming more and more popular and with it the
whole western lifestyle.

Golf Concept
The European Golf Park Heidenheim features an exclusive golf
resort.
The players can enjoy two impressive18-whole outdoor golf
courses as well as an indoor golf dome. The indoor golf dome is located in
the center of the golf resort. Both 18 whole outdoor golf courses share the
first whole as well as the ninth whole which is located at the indoor golf
dome. The indoor golf dome offers various restaurants and bars as well as
golf shops and a golf school.
The indoor golf dome has real grass underneath a ceiling
shaped golf ball. This indoor golf dome is a complete new concept and

The golf resort will be designed by Nick Faldo.
Nick Faldo is Europe’s greatest ever golf player with over 42
titles to his credit.
In 1977 Nick Faldo was, aged 20 years, the youngest Ryder Cup
team member ever. In 2008 he will lead the Ryder Cup team as captain. He
played in a record 11 Ryder’s Cups and has won 6 Major championships which
makes him the most successful Non-American golfer.
What sets Nick Faldo apart from other great players is his
innate ability to craft the most challenging of golf shots and his
instinctive appreciation for the varying demands of any given course. Not
only is Nick Faldo an extraordinary golfer, he is also a highly successful
designer of golf courses.
Manager of the golf resort will be Ralf Wagner, a German
professional golfer, being responsible for the golf courses and the golf
school. He is currently managing the golf school of the golf club in
Lichtenau, Germany.
The gastronomy facilities will be managed by experienced
restaurant managers and will feature award winning chefs.
Golf hotel
This five star hotel features all the amenities one expects
in a luxurious hotel. The Spa and wellness resort, the bar, restaurants and
conference rooms satisfy all needs.
Its Scottish country house style and its position right next
to the golf resort, it gives the guest the impression of being in Scotland –
the motherland of golf.
The hotel is similar to the Kempinski Taschenberpalais in
Dresden one of the leading hotels of the world.
The Golf hotel will be managed by an experienced first class
hotel manager such as Stephan Kaminski, former manager of the Emirates
Palace Hotels Kempinski in Abu Dhabi.

turnover of a Kempinski hotel of equal size.
