ERZİNCAN’da kanadı kırık olduğu için uçamayan baykuş, Gazi ilköğretim Okulu’nun bahçesine konarak insanlara sığındı. Öğrenciler tarafından bulunan baykuş Çevre ve Orman İl Müdürlüğü’ne teslim edildi.
Esentepe ağaçlandırma alanında koruma altına alınan baykuşun kırılan kanadının kangrene dönüşmemesi için kesilme ihtimalinin olduğu belirtildi. Çevre ve Orman il Müdürü Zakir Karartı, “Yaralı olduğu için bir okulun bahçesine konan baykuşu okul yetkililerinin haber vermesi üzerine teslim aldık. Baykuşu sağlık kontrolünden geçirdik. Kırık olan sağ kanadına veteriner hekimler gerekli müdaheleyi yaptı. Ancak kanadın durumu iyi değil. Kangrene dönüşmemesi için alınma ihtimali var. Korktuğumuz olmazsa baykuş iyileşirse doğaya bırakacağız. Aksi taktirde onu bir bakım merkezine göndereceğiz” dedi.
