Someone may need it. Here are some posts on various recent forums:

Sorry these drivers are NOT available from any olympus website - I have done the search steven suggested below and they are NOT available ): HELP!
Hello I have the Ds-330 installation disc but I lost the Key when I put the disc in it asks me for a license key so I have the disc but have no license key can you help me I will help you email me

I have a DS-330, but I lost the installation CD for my computer when I moved. please help!
Yes, and I'm still looking for the software
Same situation, missplaced the CD with the software for DS330 and cannot download my audio
