Informatik Image Markup is a user-interactive program to markup and edit single-page and multipage graphics files (TIFF, GIF, PNG, BMP, BMP). Options include: Lines, arrows, freehand drawing, paths, filled or outlined shapes, highlighting, redactions, insert text annotations, watermarks, images, text balloons, and more.
